The mission of the Phelps County Community Foundation (PCCF) is to encourage and provide opportunities for charitable giving, to manage and distribute the funds in a responsible manner, and to enhance the quality of life for the people of Phelps County, Nebraska.

The Foundation, established in 1976, is a tax exempt, non-profit organization located in Holdrege, Nebraska. We serve Phelps County, Nebraska which includes the communities of Atlanta, Bertrand, Funk, Holdrege, and Loomis. In addition, the Foundation also assists other south-central Nebraska communities in establishing and administering charitable funds through affiliate relationships.

The PCCF makes a difference by serving as a bridge between our Donors and the broader community of Phelps County. We assist donors by helping them reach their charitable and financial goals, and we provide Grants to projects and programs that improve the quality of life for residents of Phelps County.
