Together We Are Changemakers

Since 1976 the Phelps County Community Foundation has served as the connection between donors and the Phelps County causes they love.

PCCF provides grant opportunities for Phelps County organizations, scholarships for area students, and hosts give2GROW - an annual giving day designed to raise awareness and funds for Phelps County nonprofits and organizations. 2020 will mark the 9th year for give2GROW and it will be held on Thursday, November 19th. For more information on give2GROW or to make a donation, please visit

Due to the uptick in COVID-19 the PCCF office is currently open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday; however, we have chosen to keep the doors locked. We will let visitors enter the building, but masks are required. It is preferred that as much business as possible be conducted via phone or email or schedule an appointment.
